Pretty or Pink

Looks like Pink is the new Black these days. Madonna donned a hot pink silk Versace at the 46th Grammy Awards and Mariah Carey made a special appearance at the MTV Asia Awards 2004 in pink too. Of course, Madonna looked absolutely stunning, but as for Mariah, let's just leave it up to the fashion police. Who could forget Christina Aguilera's breast bearing pale pink dress cut to the navel and Beyoncé in her short pink dress she wore in a duet with Prince at the 46th Grammy Awards? How about the guys? Well, Justin Timberlake wore a salmon-pink shirt to the Grammys too. Even Trista Rehn of The Bachelorette, has chosen to have a pink wedding. Hence, UrbanWire gives you a low down on how to be pretty and pink!

	Who says Pink is only for girls? Guys, remember wearing pink doesn't sound the gay alarm so don't fret! Unless you are a fan of tight or silk tops then you might wanna watch out. Well, since retro is in as well, here's a pretty pink ensemble for you girls! This smart casual outfit is sure to bring down the house.   Felicia wears: Pink V-necked vintage top ($27), stretchable black flowy skirt ($32) and black & white striped plastic star earrings ($10), all from Closet Affair. Silvester wears: Pink Headline t-shirt ($32.90) and grey pants with knee patches and the word "collage" at the back($69), both from Collage.

Girls: Dress down into a pair of jeans and simple top and hit the clubs. Guys: Well, if you still don't think you can take pink, take brown then! At least it matches your partner or rather pink.     Silvester wears: Brown Headline t-shirt ($32.90) with grey pants with knee patches and the word "collage" at the back ($69).
