Imagine being the centre of attention at this year's hottest beach party - Roxy Jam 2004.Well, you could be, if you're the one crowned Roxy Girl Singapore 2004, "someone with style and loads of attitude to boot", according to the press release by presenters Quiksilver Singapore.

The party at Sunset Bay Beach Bar in Sentosa's Siloso Beach on Nov 27 will feature Class 95's Glenn Ong, Perfect 10's radio DJ Jean Danker and rapper/host Sheikh Haikel as well as Ngee Ann Polytechnic's national cheerleading champ squad Magnum Force.

Besides fame, the winner will walk away with a cash prize of $500 as well as a $300 Roxy voucher, a $300 ZA New York Product Hamper, a $120 Gallaz voucher as well as an Oakley eyewear sponsorship. So if you think that you've got the attitude to be the Roxy Girl Singapore 2004, sign up at Flash N Splash stores at CityLink Mall, Wisma Atria and the Heeren, or the Quiksilver/Roxy stores at Pacific Plaza and Paragon before Nov 2, or sign up at the roadshows at Wisma Atria on Oct 16 and Oct 23 from noon to 6pm.

10 finalists will be selected on Nov 6 at the Heeren Shops from 3pm to 5pm, before heading to Sentosa for a photoshoot.

Instead, your passport to Roxy Jam 2004 will be a customised Quiksilver/Roxy adult ez-link card, available at the stores mentioned at $18 each (inclusive of $3 transit deposit).

The multi-tasking card will also entitle you *discounts on your snacks and beverages during the event, as well as *discounts at Quiksilver and Roxy stores till December 31, 2005. Owners of the Quiksilver/Roxy ez-link card can also *apply for the Surf's Up! Card (privileges include discounts at Flash N Splash, Surfbabe, Stussy and Rip Curl) for a minimal fee of $25 instead of the initial arrangement where you would have to spend $1000 over a period of 6 months at the 9 participating outlets in Singapore just to apply.
