How does the privilege programme work?
UWtimate Download is a simple and straightforward privilege programme. Upon downloading the wallpaper onto your phone, participating merchants will recognise the wallpaper when you show it to them during a purchase, and a corresponding discount will be given!

Who is eligible to be an UWtimate member?
Everyone who has a mobile phone can use UWtimate Download, there is no form to fill, no requirements at all. However, it would be recommended that you join UrbanWire's community to recieve news and updates about UWtimate Download.

How do I register?
Simply go to and register as a new member. Just fill in the four clauses and you're done.

Why should I register?
Whenever a new store is added to the list or a special promotion is happening, you'll be kept in the loop. This way, you'll never lose out on anything that we have to offer!

Can I pass my membership to my friends?
Yes, you can! UWtimate Download works on a "free for all" model. Just forward the wallpaper like you usually would using Bluetooth, MMS or any other method that you prefer. We just want to share the love with everyone. Don't forget to get your friends to register on UrbanWire for updates!  

When does my membership expire?
All existing merchants are in the programme for a minimum of a year. Thus, these discounts and privileges are valid for the whole of 2008.

I can't download the wallpaper into my phone, help?
Should you have any trouble downloading the wallpaper from our website, call us at 6460 8448 or email us at and we'll do whatever it takes to get that wallpaper into your phone, pronto!
